1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (COURSES, E-BOOKS, AUDIO FILES)
Due to the immediate nature of digital products and the fact that they can be easily copied, all sales of digital goods are generally final. However, we stand by the quality of our educational content and offer a 7-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:
- The refund request must be made within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- The user has not downloaded, accessed, or viewed more than 20% of the course material (or more than 2 modules of a course).
- The request must be submitted in writing  to ladini.author@gmail.com with the order number and a brief explanation.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
2. PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE
For physical goods (apparel, accessories), we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that:
- The items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Items purchased on sale or at a discount are final sale and cannot be returned.
3. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software or audio products once the download link has been fully utilized.
- Customized or personalized items.
